Preserve It . . . Canning Corner!

We know the thought of bottled meat may sound a little weird for some of you, but it really is a great way to preserve your meats.  It makes the meat taste like it's been cooked in a crockpot for hours. 
Bottling meat will make it very tender. It will help you create amazing meals in minutes, and it tastes great!

  1. Thanks Trish, this is great info!!! I've done turkey like this but not the beef or chicken. When I do the turkey I put broth in with it, but I see that the beef makes it own broth....good to know.
