Food Storage Meals and Menu Planning - Lunch: Chicken and Black Bean Salad!

Today's Food Storage Meals and Menu Planning Item
is a LUNCH recipe for:
Here's the Recipe:
Ingredients
3 cups Prepared Whole Grain Medley Rice
or
3 cups Brown Rice
Remember the 1,2,3 Rice Rule:
1 cup rice + 2 cups water = 3 cups of rice
1/2 cup rinsed and drained canned black beans
1 pint can or can of cooked chicken
2 to 3 Tbsp. Cuban Salsa Verde
Instructions
Using 1 cup at at time . . .
Layer rice, beans, pork, and salsa, in this order,
in a microwave-safe plastic container.
Cover with lid; lift 1 corner to allow steam to escape.
Microwave at HIGH 1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Stir before serving.
