Food Storage Meals and Menu Planning - Breakfast: Crepes!

Today's Breakfast Menu Is:
Crepes!
Here's the Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 Tbsp. Whole Egg, Sifted
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 cup Dry Milk
1 3/4 cups Water
Instructions:
Beat all ingredients together until lumps disappear.
Fry in hot greased skillet, lightly browning on both sides.
Fill with your choice of:
Fruit
Chocolate
Scrambled Eggs
Breakfast Meats
Pudding
Syrup
Caramel Sauce
(Recipe Below)
or just . . . sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
Serve Warm.
Makes about 12.
To Make the Caramel Sauce:
1/2 cup Water
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Cream
(This is a great time to use your Gossner's Cream!)
In a saucepan, pour in the water and sugar.
Heat on high and bring to a boil. 
When mixture has reduced, thickened and turned a golden color,
remove from heat and stir in your cream.
