Mix Recipe #11: Banana Nut Cookies!

Mix Recipe #11
Banana Nut Cookies
Here's the Recipe:
1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
1 1/2 cups Instant Oatmeal
1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts or Chocolate Chips
To Make the Cookies Add:
1 cup Mashed Ripe Banana
1/2 cup Butter, Softened
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place all of the jar ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and
Stir until well blended.
Set aside.
Place banana, butter, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl.
Mix until creamy.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack.
